The Problem
Subway’s digital identity feels dated and visually inconsistent. Heavy gradients and legacy styling limit their ability to connect with younger, modern audiences.
The Concept
I explored a refreshed direction rooted in bold simplicity, modern contrast, and an elevated palette.
The focus: evolving Subway toward a cleaner, Gen-Z-friendly aesthetic while keeping the brand recognizable.

Reflection
This Quick Bite allowed me to quickly explore visual branding direction without the structure of a full case study. The result is a more confident, modern identity that strengthens Subway’s digital presence.
